Frequently Asked Question

  1. How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping for orders over $150 or shipping is calculated at check out based on destination. We offer free instore pick-up.
  2. What is your return policy? Our policy lasts 30 days, past that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in resale able condition. Please email orders@creativehavenyxe.ca with questions about returns. Some items: pens, paints, and magazines cannot be returned.
  3. When can I expect to receive my order?  We ship all orders within 3-4 business days, and provide a tracking number from Canada post for your shipment.
  4. Is your inventory count accurate? We work very hard to ensure our inventory is always accurate, however errors can occur. If an item you ordered is not actually available, we will contact you and your credit card will not be charged for the unavailable item.
  5. Do you accept special orders? Absolutely! In fact we love special orders and are more than happy to bring in whatever you are looking for if we are able.
