We sell the previously owned, but unused, supplies from other crafters’ inventories or “stashes”, as well as gently used crafting tools and equipment. At any time our inventory consists of some combination of the following, although the following list is by no means exhaustive:

• Sewing notions and quilting tools and supplies
• Lace, ribbons and trims (no less than I yard)
• Scrapbooks, paper, stamps, punches, stencils and related tools and supplies for paper crafts
• Yarn and other knitting and crocheting tools and supplies
• Beads, findings and jewelry making tools and supplies
• Paint sets, colored pencil and  marker sets
• Books and magazines related to crafts
• Craft organizers, craft storage containers, project and tote bags.
• Unused sketch pads, sketch books and journals

All items for sale are in excellent condition; many are in their original retail packaging.  Items are marked at far below original retail price to provide value to the crafter and generate a constant turnover in inventory.  New consignments are received daily.

How to Consign

• Bring in your surplus and unused craft supplies.  For large lots, pick-up may be available upon prior arrangement. Email [email protected] for more information.

• All items must be clean and in good condition.
• All Paper must be in complete unused sets. (individual paper will not be accepted)
• Fabric should be folded and free of stains, wrinkles and odors.
• No less than full balls or skeins of yarn can be accepted and the fiber content of the yarn must be identified.
• Items will be accepted and prices based on condition, current inventory and supply and demand.
• The consignment period is 90 days.
• Items are priced to sell within the consignment period.
• Sales proceeds are split 50/50 between Consignor and Creative Haven YXE
• The price of any item over $10 unsold after 30 days will be reduced by 25%.
• Consignors will be entitled to payment for sold items at the end of each month. Call or email to arrange e-transfer or payment pick-up.
  
  
• The consignor may reclaim any unsold items at any time during the consignment period.
• After 90 days, consigned items become the property of Creative Haven YXE and may be donated or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Creative Haven YXE if no other arrangements have been made.
